This project, like many of our projects, was completed ahead of schedule.   Magic Travel - Small renovation of existing office to assist in the growth of their business located in Cary, NC.   Belcan Corp. - Client moved multiple locations to one central office, VCI assisted them with renovations to make this move flow and minimize the down time, located in Raleigh, NC.   Sult Architecture - 950 sf office build out located in Raleigh NC. Completed during the Merton Drive renovation.   Container Graphics - 4350 sf office upfit located in Cary, NC.   CLH Design - 2800 sf office upfit to accommodate the tenants needs and growth, located in Cary NC.   Paramount Appraisals - 1000 sf office upfit, completed during the Merton Drive renovation.   Vanguard - 980 sf office upfit, completed during the Merton Drive renovation.   BITS - 1500 sf office upfit, completed during the Merton Drive renovation.   Consolidated Dist. - 2200 sf office upfit, completed during the Merton Drive renovation. Maintenance Work for Clients         Sullivan's Restaurant - Repairs to existing drywall and millwork regarding water damage, located in Raleigh, NC.   Grubb & Ellis|Thomas Linderman - Property management small misc. maint. items as needed located throughout the triangle area.   Mikel & Jones Properties - Property management small misc. maint. items as needed located throughout the triangle area.   Lulu.com - Water damage, cleanup and repairs as needed to minimize disruption of office, located in Morrisville, NC.   Cherry Furniture - Drywall repairs from minor water damage, located in Raleigh, NC.   Browning Place - New finishes through common corridors and restrooms, ADA and egress upgrades. Medical Build out         Dr. Martha Miles, Neurologist - Renovation of pre-existing office space modified to meet the needs of their business, located in Cary NC. Small to Large Renovations         O'Neal Engineering - Tenant needed to down size, VCI re-demised the existing space to facilitate the renewal of their lease and the need of less space, located in Morrisville, NC.   Westchase Commons - Common area finishes – Work performed after hours to minimize the interruption of business.   Morgan Keegan - This space is located at 510 Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh, NC. The renovation to an executive office required the work to be performed after hours to accommodate the customer and their clients was completed ahead of schedule.   Streamline Mortgage and Financial - We coordinated and help design a custom cherry reception desk with granite tops to dress up their existing space, located in Raleigh, NC.   Tree of Life Lutheran Church - 10,000 sf assembly build out, upgrades to existing office space to meet all ADA and building codes regarding the change of use, located in Cary, NC.   Learning Services - 4300 square foot residential house – added 1200 square feet and converted into a 12 bedroom long term supported living facility.   Merton Drive - 20,000 sf base building and tenant upfits throughout. New HVAC, plumbing, electrical & fire alarm including new upgraded finishes.   My GYM - This project is located in Raleigh, NC and required strong coordination with the customer and franchise to complete the space in time for the scheduled opening.   Strategic Connections - 7000 sf renovation, scope includes plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, fire sprinkler and HVAC. Expansion of existing 5000 sf of office to add 2000 sf of office area in the warehouse with a mezzanine above. This project was completed in a team effort between the client and Vision Contractors, located in Raleigh, NC. Retail   Alexia's Bridal - Retail space located in Cary needed custom millwork and VCI delivered.   Flower Basket - Small project to help client with the moving of their business, located in Cary, NC.   Peakway - Mixed use center in Apex, NC. Small jobs, misc. maint. Light Industrial         Southern Staircase - This facility is located near RDU International Airport. An empty shell was converted to light industrial space in order to meet the customer’s needs.
