| A 5500 s.f. upfit located in Raleigh, North Carolina. This project
involved the complete demolition and buildout of a new space within
a four week construction schedule. The project included heavy
HVAC, Electrical and Millwork to meet the needs of the tenant
"Focus Group" business type. Creation of viewing rooms
involving tenant audio and visual design with sound seperation,
one-way viewing, seating, visual display, climate control and
comfort while meeting the current ADA and exiting code requirements. |
